Well I thought that I would write a little blog to let everyone know that I made a slightly large purchase. Most of you know, just not those who live in Ohio. So here it is... My car. It was a pretty rough road trying to get this baby. I have been looking for weeks and I thought that I had found THE car. I was a beautiful blue color and had all of the features I wanted. I drove the car once and wanted dad to see it to get his opinion so I set up another time to meet up with the seller. Well the day came that we were suppose to meet up and he didn't answer my call. I had my heart set on that car so I was pretty upset. I had sold my Lancer that same afternoon so I was without a car.

Happy Aniversery, Summer and Bryan!
Summer and Bryan got engaged officially in February 2000. They had been talking about getting married for a number of weeks. But finally after caring the ring around in his pocket (he still thinks that Summer didn't know what is was) for awhile, waiting for the perfect opportunity to ask her to marry him, he finally found the right time and the right place. After a family dinner at Spaghetti Factory, Bryan took Summer to Temple Square in Salt Lake City, and proposed! They chose Tuesday, May 30th, 2000, in the Salt Lake Temple to be sealed for time and all eternity.

After the ceremony we had lunch at our house and Summer and Bryan went to Park City for the night.
The next day, Wednseday, May 31st was the reception. We cleaned out most of the house to make room for the reception. We served cheesecake, and lemon water at the reception. Kelly Salmond made Summer's wedding cake and a grooms cake for Bryan.
Congratulations Summer and Bryan! Eight years, so much has happened. You both graduated from Weber State, Bryan graduated from Med school at the University of Utah, you have three adorable children, you moved your family to Ohio and bought a house. Wow! So many wonderful memories and experiences. You have been truly blessed!
We love you both very much, and pray for you daily.
